APPLICATION FOR INTERIM RELIEF

Respectfully Sheweth:

1. That the applicant has filed titled guardian petition before this Honourable Court wherein next date of hearing has not been fixed so far.

2. That the contents of titled guardian petition may kindly be read as integral part of the instant application.

3. That the applicant is real mother of the minor _____ and the applicant and the minor have great affiliation with eachother, therefore, it is in the interest of justice that the minor may be kept in permanent custody of the applicant as she has a good prima facie and argueable case and there is likelihood of her success.

4. That the balance of convenience also lies in favour of the applicant as she has custody of the minor presently.

5. That the Respondent No.1 has threatened that he would illegally snatch the minor from custody of the applicant, if he does the same, irreparable loss will be suffered by the applicant.
