(1) جنسی ہراسانی جنسی اور رسمی حیثیت کے بارے میں نہیں ہے. یہ طاقت کے بارے میں ہے.

(2) مردوں، عورتوں اور ٹرانس جینڈر افراد سمیت تمام صنفوں کے لئے محفوظ، ہراسانی سے پاک کام کی جگہ کا حق زندگی، آزادی، وقار اور مساوات کی آئینی ضمانتوں میں جڑا ہوا ہے۔

(3) صنفی طاقت کی حرکیات، سماجی تقویت اور انٹرسیکشنلٹی.
