آرڈیننسِ صحتِ ذہنی، 2001 کے تحت سرپرستی کا تصور والدین کے حقوق کا تحفظ کرنے کے لیے نہیں ہے، بلکہ اس کا مقصد ذہنی عارضے میں مبتلا فرد کی فلاح اور تحفظ کو یقینی بنانا ہے۔
